Culinary Kid Weeks
The Black Forest Biosphere Reserve invites you to the Culinary Kid Weeks from September 1 to 10, 2025. Ten days full of culinary highlights – in the heart of the Black Forest! Participating restaurateurs will present dishes made with kid goats. The animals come from species-appropriate pasture farming and contribute to the preservation of the ecologically valuable mountain meadows.
Culinary Hinterwälder Weeks
The Black Forest Biosphere Reserve invites you to the annual Hinterwälder Culinary Weeks from October 1 to 15, 2025. More than twenty regional restaurateurs will prepare creative dishes and serve them in their establishments. This comprehensive marketing initiative serves to preserve the Hinterwälder breed, which is typically found in the Black Forest.
