We are delighted to introduce you to another service offered by our hotel. With our digital guest folder, we would like to introduce you to our "Black Forest House." Here you will find all the information you need to prepare, en route, or during your stay at our hotel.

Guest folder in brief Check-in/Check-out: Our rooms are ready from 2:00 p.m. on your arrival day. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. Child discounts: Children up to and including 3 years stay free of charge, children up to and including 13 years receive a 50% discount. We are happy to provide a cot for your baby. A children's playroom, games, and a playground are on site. Half board: For stays of three nights or more, we offer half board. A 4-course menu (choice of three main courses at lunch or dinner) costs €30.00 per person per day. Smaller portions are also available for €24.00 per person per day. Please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances before your arrival. Full board: Lunch, in the afternoon, 1 piece of cake on request, and a 4-course menu (choice of three main courses) costs €40.00 per person per day. Small portions are also available here for €33.00 per person per day. Please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances prior to your arrival. Tourist tax: Bernau municipality guest card will be charged separately from January 1, 2023. Children up to and including 5 years are free, up to and including 13 years €1.10 per child per day, and adults over 14 years €2.90 per person per day. Garage: For a garage we charge €6.00 in summer and €8.00 per day in winter. Dogs: Dogs are allowed, but not in all room categories. We charge €15.00 per dog per day. A dog basket or blanket is required. No more than two dogs are allowed in one room. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area, but you are welcome to bring them into the restaurant. Also for hygiene reasons, we do not want dogs sleeping in the hotel beds. If your dog still goes on the bed when left alone in the room, please ensure that the mattress, pillows, and blanket are protected with a blanket and/or duvet cover you brought with you. This also applies to upholstered furniture or chairs. An additional change of linen will be charged €10.00 per day. A necessary complete cleaning (duvets, pillows, and mattresses) will be charged €150.00. Massage & Beauty Treatments: You are in the best hands if you would like to relax and be pampered with a beauty treatment or massage. Due to high demand, we ask that you let us know of your request as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are free of charge up to two weeks before your arrival. After that, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the room rate from two weeks before your arrival, and 80% from one week before your arrival if we cannot re-let the room. Book our "Black Forest House Cancellation Protection" for €5.00 per person/day. Further information can be found here. Payment: The room bill can be paid by debit card or cash; we also accept credit cards in our restaurant. Closed: The restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus is closed on Thursdays. However, we offer our guests an evening menu. Please make a reservation during breakfast or at reception.
