Book our “Travel-canellation-Schwarzwaldhaus” and you have the option to cancel your stay up to one week before your arrival date at the price of the cancellation protection fee. Within one week before your day of arrival we allow us to charge you 50% of the price.

Please note:

•     The price for the “Storno-Schutz-Schwarzwaldhaus” is € 5.00 per person per day.
•     The cancellation protection fee must be paid in any case. On arrival or in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the time.
•     The “Storno-Schutz-Schwarzwaldhaus” must be stated in writing when booking the room.
•     Verbal booking or subsequent booking of this insurance is not possible.

Our general cancellation period:
Cancellation in writing up to 2 weeks before your arrival is free of charge, thereafter, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the accommodation price from 2 weeks before your arrival and 80% from 1 week before your arrival if we are unable to re-let the room.
