Travel cancellation & new cancellation deadline
Book our "Cancellation Protection Black Forest House" and you have the option to cancel your stay up to one week before your arrival date at the price of the cancellation protection fee. Within one week before your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the total price.
Our general cancellation period:
Cancellations made in writing up to 2 weeks before your arrival are free of charge. After that, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the room rate from 2 weeks before your arrival and 80% from 1 week before your arrival if we are unable to re-let the room.
